French Onion Tomato Soup

4 cups of thinly sliced onions

1 clove garlic minced

2 Tbs. of butter

1 46 oz. can of tomato juice

2 beef bouillon cubes

3 Tbs. of lemon juice

2 Tbs. parsley

2 Tbs. brown sugar

6 large rounds of thick french bread..butter and topped with mozzarella cheese and baked

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add the rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for ten minutes stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and top with french bread and serve hot!
