Honey Mustard Meatloaf

Honey Mustard Meatloaf:


1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal

1/2 cup onion rings

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1/2 finely chopped onion

1/2 finely chopped bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 finely chopped garlic clove

3 tablespoons brown sugar

5 tablespoons brown mustard

2 tablespoons Worcester sauce

4 tablespoons ketchup

1 egg, beaten

2 cups honey barbeque sauce

2 pounds ground round or sirloin


Mix first eight ingredients well, add Worcester sauce, mustard, egg and honey barbecue sauce (reserving one cup).

Mix well.

Place in casserole dish.  Bake 30 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Fifteen minutes before done, pour the last cup of honey barbecue sauce on the side.
