2 cans of chicken broth

1 pkg. cooked wild rice

1 c. cooked chicken

1/2 c. chopped scallions

1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced

1 c. cream of celery soup

*mix all of the above together, bring to a boil, serve hot.

 

Blue Cheese Crostini

1 loaf french bread

1/4 c. blue cheese

8 oz. cream cheese

chopped red peppers

*cut french bread into rounds...toast in 350 degree oven until crispy. spread with a mixture of blue cheese mixture (above) and sprinkle with chopped red peppers.  serve on top of soup.
