Decadent Dirty Grits

4 c. cooked grits

1 pound cooked sausage patties, crumbled and drained

1/2 c. melted butter

1/2 c. red peppers

1/2 c. scallions

1 c. parmesean cheese

1 c. cheddar cheese

1/2 - 1 c. milk

Mix together everything but milk and cheddar cheese. Stir in milk to make a creamy consistency. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 30 mins. until hot and bubbly!
