Hearty Beef Stew Pie

1 lg. can of beef stew

1 cup of sour cream

1 can of mixed veggies drained

1 cup sharp shredded cheese

1 pkg. of refrigerated pie shells.

Line casserole pan with one of your pie shells. Mix all of the other stuff together adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole pan..top with remaining pie shell and flute edges. Cook at 400 degrees until inside is hot and bubbly and crust is nicely browned
