Enterprise Schools Get Help From Robert Trent Jones Golf Trails

The Robert Trent Jones Foundation hand delivered a check for more than 72 thousand dollars to the Enterprise school district Thursday.

It was the foundations way of helping the school community recover from the deadly March 1st tornado that killed eight high school students. The money was raised throught R.T.J's eleven golf courses throughout Alabama.

The Alabama Leislature allocated 32 million dollars to help rebuild both schools that will be pooled with insurance and FEMA funding.

It's not clear where the new Enterprise High School will be builty, but construction is expected to begin in June and take about 2 years to complete.
