Hurricane season is on the horizon and a research team says the Gulf Coast will see it's fair share of action.
A relatively new team of storm predictors which correctly predicted a mild season in 2006 said the Atlantic Basin will brew 8 to 9 hurricanes and at least 4 of them will be major storms.
The researchers at North Carolina State University say there's a 75% chance a hurricane will make landfall along the Eastern Seaboard or hit the Gulf of Mexico.
Speaking of hurricanes a new study by teh National Oceanic and Atmospherica Administration says global warming could actually be good for the hurricane season.
