Cut squash in half, and scoop out seeds. Place cut sides down on a pam-sprayed baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove squash from oven.. cool enough to be easily handled. Meanwhile, heat oil in saute pan. Saute onion, until tender, add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until warm. Using a fork, gently rake out strands of squash. Toss with sauteed veggies, add olives, and basil and feta cheese.. toss!
