BRUNCH BREAD!

 

1 LOAF OF FRENCH OR ITALIAN BREAD...UN CUT

 

1 POUND OF HOT SAUSAGE, COOKED AND DRAINED

3 EGGS BEATEN

1 CUP MILK

8 OZ SHARP CHEDDER

8OZ OF SHREDDED MONTERREY JACK

2 CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS

1/2 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER

1/2 CUP OF PARMESEAN

 

TAKE LOAF OF BREAD AND SLIT IN THE MIDDLE. HOLLOW OUT LEAVING A "BOWL" IN THE MIDDLE

 

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350

BEAT EGGS, AND CRUMBLE SAUSAGE INTO THE EGGS AND ADD

2 CUPS OF BREAD CRUMBS, 1/2 CUP OF CHEDDER AND 1/2 CUP OF MONTERRY JACK.  FILL BOTTOM OF BREAD WITH MIXTURE....TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BRUSH BUTTER ON TOP OF BREAD AND SPRINKLE WITH PARMESEAN CHEESE.  PLACE ON ALUMINUM FOIL AND FOLD LOOSELY OVER BREAD  BAKE FOR 30-40 MINUTES UNTIL EGGS ARE SET...SLICE AND SERVE HOT
