South Alabama Mobile Newsroom: Brundidge Police Investigate Bank Robbery

Brundidge police have confirmed 2 people are in custody in connection with a bank robbery early Friday.

Police tell WSFA 12 News say the men walked into the troy bank and trust, one with a gun and the other jumped the counter. Police say the two got away with thousands of dollars in cash.

Late Friday night, the police chief says 2 suspects are in custody, but do not face any charges yet. Police also recovered the money.
