It's known simply as "The Wildcat" but it represents the heart of Enterprise High School. On Wednesday "The Wildcat" ensignia, which is part of the tile floor at the school was removed so it can have a prominent place in the new school. It was quite a task getting this sacred spot out of the flooring without damaging it. Several Enterprise graduates offered their services for free. The wildcat was given to the school by the class of 1965. Enterprise School Superintendent Dr. Jim Reese is a member of that class, and says he and his classmates never imagined their gift would become what it is today. "The Wildcat" will be kept in storage until the new school is built in about 2 years.
