HOT FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD CUPS

 

2 CUPS OF CHOPPED COOKED CHICKEN

1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION

1/2 CUP MAYO

1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

2 TBS OF LIME JUICE

1 CUP OF RED OR GREEN GRAPES SLICED IN HALF

1 CUP OF SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR

1 BAG OF TOASTED ALMONDS

1 ROLL FLAKY BUTTERMILK BISCUITS

 

MIX ALL OF THE ABOVE ACCEPT FOR THE ALMONDS....TAKE ONE BISCUIT AND PRESS AROUND THE EDGES OF A LARGE MUFFIN TIN...MAKE SURE YOU SPRAY IT LIGHTLY WITH COOKING RELEASE SPRAY.  FILL WITH CHICKEN MIXTURE.  TOP WITH ALMONDS. BAKE AT 350 FOR 16-21 MINUTES UNTIL MIXTURE IS HOT AND BUBBLY AND BISCUIT IS BROWNED LIGHTLY
