Tomato Soup

Tomato Dill Bisque Soup
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp. dill seed
3 or 4 cups canned tomatoes (fresh when available)
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup half & half
1 tsp. dill weed
3 cups chicken stock
 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup flour
Sauté onion in butter.Stir in tomatoes and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Add parsley, honey, and cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve with a sprig of fresh dill for garnish.
