The jury's decision in the capital murder trial of Jason Murphy could be swayed by three prison inmates. The inmates say Murphy admitted to them that he killed Titus businessman Ronnie Holman in 2003.
Third of three inmates-Curtis Clark- took the stand on Tuesday. He testified the defendant- Jason Murphy - admitted to him on several occasions in the prison yard that he did indeed shoot Ronnie Holman several times.
Defense attorneys, however, took issue with his testimony. They suggested that jury shouldn't believe the inmate because his testimony is questionable. That's because there was evidence that the inmate had spent considerable time in mental institutions and had been diagnosed with Schizophrenia.
