You may want to check your child's playpen. Kolcraft Enterprises is recalling 425,000 of them. It follows the death of a 10-month-old baby.
The recall involves 12 models of Playard brand playpens, all with a raised changing table.
The consumer product safety commission says a restraint strap beneath the table poses a strangulation hazard.
One model also has a raised cradle that poses a risk of suffocation if a child rolls and gets trapped.
The playpens were sold nationwide between January 2001 and this month.
Parents are urged to remove the table and cradle before placing a child inside.
