Troy, Ala. -- A Montgomery teenager accused of a shooting in Troy will be charged as an adult.
17-year old Henry Lee Bristow is charged with attempted murder.
Troy police responded to a call Sunday evening in which a 22-year-old man had been shot in the upper torso.
Bristow turned himself in to Troy police early Monday morning.
He is accused of shooting the unidentified man on Rose Circle in Troy.
Bristow is currently being held in the Pike County Jail under $50,000 bond.
Troy police say the victim is in stable condition.
