Four 7th grade Valley students at W.F. Burns Middle School are suspended on oral sex allegations. The first incident happened in the back of a school bus during a field trip. The second happened in a classroom. School officials suspended the students for a week, but did not report the incident to police.
By law, local authorities have to be notified if there's a possible crime committed on school property. The police chief and school superintendent have different opinions on whether a crime was committed.
