1 Salmon fillet
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/4 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1/2 lemon

For Potatoes:

4 large baking potatoes
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of fresh horse radish

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in heated skill with oil for 3 minutes on each side. Mix all ingredients for potatoes ahead of time. Sautee desired vegetables and place salmon on top of mashed potatoes and arrange vegetables around.
