Stuffed Pork Loin

1 pork loin

1 package of saffron rice

1 cup of cran raisins

1/2 cup of chopped pecans

1/2 cup of parmesean cheese

preheat oven to 350.  split pork loin down the center.  cook rice according to directions...during the last 5 minutes, add cran raisins and chopped pecans....when done add 1/2 cup of parmesean cheese...stuff cavity of pork with mixture.  bake in oven for 40 minutes or until meat themometer measures 160 degrees in the thickest part.
