HAM AND CHEESE PUFFS

FABULOUS FOR LAST MINUTE GUESTS AND BEST SERVED WITH WINE!

1 PACKAGE OF PUFF PASTRY DOUGH
1 CUP OF CHOPPED HAM
¼ CUP OF CHOPPED ONION
¼ CUP OF MUSTARD
3 TBS OF MAYO
2 TBS OF HONEY
SWISS CHEESE SLICES
5 TABLESPOONS OF MELTED BUTTER
POPPYSEED

BLEND HAM, ONION, MUSTARD AND MAYO TOGETHER. STIR IN HONEY.  CUT PUFF PASTRY INTO 2X2 SQUARES. CUT SWISS CHEESE INTO 1X1 INCH SQUARES.  PUT A PIECE OF CHEESE ON BOTTOM OF PASTRY. TOP WITH A BIT OF THE HAM AND CHEESE MIXTURE....MAKE A POCKET OUT OF THE PASTRY AND BRUSH WITH BUTTER...SPRINKLE ON POPPYSEED AND BAKE AT 350 UNTIL HOT AND LIGHTLY BROWNED.  SERVE WARM
