Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti with Crumb Topping

Great Recipe Out of My Cookbook for Busy Holiday Nights

1 8oz package of spaghetti cooked
2 cups of diced chicken, cooked
2 cups of shredded chedder divided
1 cup milk
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 tbs of diced pimento
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 stick of buter
2 sleeves of ritz crackers crumbled

combine chicken, cheese, milk,soup, pimento, salt and pepper. Add to spaghetti tossing well.
Combine melted butter and crushed crackers and sprinkle ont op of casseroel
bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
After baking top with rest of cheese and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts
