First ON WSFA 12 News: All Victims Released From Hospital After Pike County Bus Crash

A Pike County school bus crashed and landed on its side on County Road 2242 near the Goshen Community Tuesday morning.

State troopers says the bus left the road and flipped on the shoulder of the road.

Dr. Mark Bazzell, Superintendent of Pike County Schools, tells WSFA 12 News that five students and the bus driver were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.

They were all treated and later released.

The students, juniors and seniors from Goshen High School, were returning to their school after taking courses at the Business and Finance Academy located at Pike County High School.
