1 CAN OF BEEF BROTH

1 CUP OF SLICED ONIONS

1 PKAGE (FOUR LINKS) OF COOKED SAUSAGE, LIKE HILLSHIRE, CONECUH ETC...

1 POUND SLICED FRESH MUSHROOMS

1/2 CUP RICE UNCOOKED 2 TBS OF BUTTER

CUT SAUSAGE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES.  SAUTEE IN BUTTER TILL HOT...TOSS IN ONIONS AND COOK UNTIL SOFT...TOSS IN MUSHROOMS AND COOK UNTIL SOFT...ADD BOTH BEEF BROTHS...BRING TO A BOIL....REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES UNTIL HOT THROUGH AND THROUGH...SERVE WITH A FRENCH BREAD TOASTED UP WITH GARLIC BUTTER AND MOZZARELLA
