Arrests Made In 2007 Murder Case

The Montgomery County Sheriff's office has arrested two men in connection with the October 2007 murder of Michael Grimes.

22-year-old Christopher Henderson and 30-year-old Anthony Bates are charged with capital murder in Grimes' death.

Grimes was shot and killed in the North Pass area of Montgomery and his body was dumped on Stokes Road.

Police later found his vehicle on the Alabama Parkway.

Both men are being held at the Montgomery County jail without bond.

This case remains under investigation.
