Auburn Police are looking for a suspect in the robbery of the Charter Bank branch, 2320 Moores Mill Road in Auburn.
Police tell WSFA 12 News that a bank employee reported being robbed at gun point as she was closing and exiting the bank.
According to the victim, she was approached by a black male, approximately 35 years of age, 6'-0" tall, weighing 150 lbs. and wearing a black"Atlanta Falcons" shirt, grey sweat pants and white tennis shoes.
The suspect reportedly carried a handgun, forced her back into the bank and demanded money.
He then took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank.
The bank employee was not injuried in the robbery.
The case is under investigation by the Detective Section of the Auburn Police Division and the FBI.

A reward is being offered by the Lee County Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
