The Beef Eater

1 loaf of sour dough bread
1 1/2 pound of roast beef
1 8oz. jar of peppercini peppers
8 slices cheddar cheese
1 large onion (sliced and grilled)
2 large tomatoes (sliced)

Grill bread with cheese (1 piece each, swiss and cheddar) on each slice. Grill roast beef with grilled onions and peppercini peppers. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, turning meat while cooking. Place meat on the bread with tomatoes and pickles. Serve with horseradish cream sauce on the side.

Horseradish Cream Sauce:

1 cup of sour cream
3 oz. of horse radish
