Here's how to make this southern treat.
- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apples
- 1 large can of Pillsbury refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1/2 cup of pecan pieces
- 2 tbs of butter
- 1/3 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs corn syrup
Heat your oven to 350... spray glass pie pan with non-stick spray. Spread 1 cup of chopped apples in pan. Separate dough into eight rolls. cut each roll into quarters. Place in bowl. Add remaining apples and pecans.
In small bowl, combine melted butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Mix well... add dough mixture... and toss to combine spoon mixture over apples in pan.
