Montgomery Musician Makes History

A Montgomery Music Minister makes history.

Pastor W. Clifford Petty, with Resurrection Catholic Church, is the first African American to compose and perform the theme song for this years meeting of the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress.

The event is the largest Catholic gathering in the United States luring in more than 40,000 people.

Petty says it's an honor to make a name for himself during Black History Month.
