Funeral Home Director Arrested For Theft

Dothan, Al (WSFA) -- A Dothan man is behind bars for his involvbent in the theft of trust funds at a local funeral home.

David Michael Meadows was arrested on seven counts of first degree theft of property and four coutns of second degree forgery.

Meadows is in the Houston County jail under a $150,000 bond.  He is the owner of Kent-Thornton -Meadows funeral home.

An investigation into the theft of trust funds with the funeral home led to the arrest of Meadows.

You'll also need a copy of the check or checks used to pay for the contrtact.

then deliver that to the Dothan Police department records division.

Since this is ongoing incvestigation, dothan pd will the status of your arrangement has been determined.
