Mobile, Al. (WSFA) -- A grand jury has indicted the man accused of killing his four children by throwing them off a bridge into the Mobile Bay.
Even though there were only four deaths, Lam Luong is charged with five counts of capital murder.
That's because Alabama state law allows for an additional murder count if the case involves the death of children or if more than one person is killed.
Mobile District Attorney John Tyson says he hopes to bring the case to trial as soon as possible.
