Capital Murder Suspects Plead to Lesser Charges

Dothan, Al. (WSFA) -- Two Wiregrass men charged with capital murder have pleaded guilty to lesser charges.

19-year old Michael James will serve 30 years for killing Patrick Dixon and wounding another man in April of 2006.

As part of his plea agreement James will testify against two other men charged in the shooting.

In a separate case, 23-year old Kyle Mcintosh pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2006 shooting death of Bryan Belser.

Mcintosh was sentenced to 15 years behind bars.
