The "Yesterday's Tomorrows" traveling exhibit from the Smithsonian is moving on to Sylacauga but the Multicultural Center is now "stuck in the future". You can still see the ENVISION 2020 exhibit featuring a vision of Tuskegee that includes a theme of history as the key to Tuskegee's future. Downtown restoration, a concept of proposed new industry related to history; and a reminder of former days when Tuskegee was noted for its craftsmanship, gets a 21st century twist, with a display of handmade wooden lamps locally produced and made from Alabama trees.
Also continuing on display: Race car models designed and produced by Boy Scouts of America; explore the next frontier in the tourism industry - space travel via space camp at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
