Mobile, Al. -- The man accused of killing his four children by throwing them off a bridge near Mobile will not be in court today as originally scheduled.
Lam Luong and his attorneys were initially told to be back in court on today's date, but when he was indicted prosecutors moved his court date back and have yet to reschedule it.
He is still in the Mobile County Jail today.
He faces five counts of capital murder.
Even though only four murders were committed, Alabama law allows for an extra murder charge when multiple victims are killed or the murder involves children.
