Montgomery, Al. (WSFA) -- There are new troubles for the owners of the embattled Cloverland Gardens Apartment complex.

The Montgomery City Council has ordered crews to demolish another complex the company owns.

City building inspectors notified the owners of complaints about their Chandler Street complex in January, and ordered them to make repairs in 45 days or less or face demolition.

Company officials appeared before the city council Wednesday night to appeal their case.

Their appeal was denied.

If repairs aren't completed before March 10th, the city will proceed with tearing the complex down.
