Marine Killed in Bus Crash is Remembered

Thursday night a memorial service was held for an Alabama Marine who died in a bus crash this week.

Lance Corporal David Miles died Monday at a Dothan hospital.  He was critically injured Sunday when a tour bus he was riding in crashed near Fort Rucker.  Twenty three others were injured, two others critically.  The marines were returning from a training exercise.

Funeral services for Lance Corporal Miles will be held Friday in Huntsville.

Instead of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Bob Jones ROTC or the Injured Marine Semper FI Fund.
