Montgomery Woman in Critical Condition After Roll Over

Montgomery, Al. (WSFA) -- A Montgomery woman is fighting for her life this afternoon as investigators try to determine why her car wrecked.

The accident happened on Woodley Roadjust north of Snowdoun Chambers Road in Montgomery County

Officials tell WSFA 12 News 20-year old Shanna Monique Jones' 1992 Honda Accord left the roadway and overturned just before noon.

She was taken to Baptist South Hospital where she is listed in critical condition.

Jones was the only person in the vehicle and no one else was injured.

A cause has not been determined and the accident is still under investigation.

    The father of two told police in court papers released Monday that he killed his pregnant wife after witnessing her strangling one of the girls on a baby monitor.
