Sex Abuse Case Overturned in Montgomery Court

A big change in a thirty year old sex abuse case.

When Leon Prince left prison after serving 15 years for a 1972 sexual assault, a judge told him he didn't have to register as a sex offender.

Prince went to trial in 1991 for what was then called carnal knowledge. His victim was seven year old Allison Cornelius.

When he finished his sentence in 2006, an administrative law judge ruled prince didn't have to register because 'carnal knowlege' was taken off the books.

Friday, his now grown up victim testified against him.

Allison Cornelius says seeing her molester again was one of the hardest things she has ever done.
