Montgomery Cancer Doctor Still Practicing

Dr. David Morrison is still in business today despite a court decision against him - but that's because attorneys for the state medical boards forgot a minor detail.

When the court of civil appeals ruled against Morrison, the medical board said it would ask him to surrender his license this Wednesday.

It turns out the the court has up to 18 days to deliver its judgment to Morrison - so he's still practicing. The board says it's trying to speed up the delivery.
