Tonight at 5 & 6: Victoryland owner pleads not guilty

Here's a look at what's coming up tonight @ 5 & 6:

Not guilty! That's the plea entered in Federal Court this morning by casino owner Milton Mcgregor and ten other defendants including four state senators. All were arrested in a statehouse corruption investigation involving bingo.

Good economic news for Montgomery. Sales tax revenues are up for the second month in a row. According to city leaders sales tax revenues are up more than 5 percent.

An injured Montgomery police officer continues to improve. The family of Corporal David Brown says doctors are weaning him off his ventilator. We'll have more on his condition at 6:00pm.
