BIG EASY PRALINES

½ CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
1 BOX OF BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING COOK AND SERVE KIND NOT INSTANT!!
1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
½ CUP HALF AND HALF
1 TBS OF BUTTER
1 CUP OF PECANS TOASTED IF YOU'D LIKE

PUT ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A 2 QUART SAUCE PAN. HEAT OVER MEDIUM  FIRE STIRRING CONSTANTLY FOR 3 MINUTES...REMOVE FROM FLAME AND KEEP STIRRING FOR 4 MINUTES OR SO UNTIL THICK....DROP BY TEASPOONS FULL ON PARCHMENT PAPER...FLATTEN WITH SPOON IF YOU NEED TOO...IF MIXTURE GETS TOO THICK TOO QUICKLY, ADD 1 TBS OF BOILING WATER TO MAKE IT EASIER TO DROP BY TEASPOONFULLS
