POTATO BREAKFAST SOUFFLE

  1 BAG OF HASHBROWN POTATOES THAWED
½ STICK OF BUTTER
½ ONION CHOPPED
1-2 TBS OF GARLIC
2 CUPS OF SHREDDED CHEDDER
THREE EGGS
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
5-8 SLICES OF ALREADY COOKED BACON

MELT BUTTER IN PAN...SAUTEE ONION AND GARLIC...ADD HAS BROWN POTATOES
STIR TOGETHER WELL
ADD SOUR CREAM AND ONE CUP OF CHEESE
BLEND WELL
BEAT THREE EGGS AND ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE
BLEND WELL
POUR INTO DISH AND TOP WITH REST OF CHEESE AND BACON

BAKE AT 350 UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY ABOUT 30 MINUTES...SERVE HOT AND ENJOY
