WSFA 12 News Update: Suspect Wanted for Murder Turns Himself In to Authorities

Montgomery, Al. (WSFA) -- Montgomery police have in custody a man they believe is involved in a fatal shooting over the weekend.

The suspect, wanted in connection with Saturday's deadly shooting on North Pass Road, turned himself in to authorities In Clark County.

35-year-old Marlon Tate of Wetumpka was driven back to Montgomery and charged in connection with the death of a 39-year-old woman who was found shot to death in her home.

Police say Tate is the victim's ex-boyfriend.
