Artichoke and Caper Pizza

14 oz. can of artichokes...drained and chopped

1/3 cup mayo

1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

1 cup of finely shredded parmesan cheese

1 Bobili bread

1- 8oz. grilled chicken breast cut in strips

1/3 cup of chopped red and green pepper

1 cup mozzarella cheese

4 tsp. of drained capers

In a medium bowl, combine artichokes. mayo, hot sauce, and parmesan cheese. Spread artichoke mixture on top of boboli. Top with chicken, capers red and green peppers and the rest of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is hot and melted.
