South of the Border Salad

10oz. of ready to serve salad greens

1-15 oz. can of whole kernel corn drained

1- 15 oz. can of drained black beans, rinse

1 cup broken tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup of diced tomatoes

1/2 ranch dressing

1/2 cup of picante sauce

1 cup of black sliced olives

Toss your mixed greens and stir in corn, tomatoes, beans, half of the cheese and half of the olives. In a small bowl mix your dressing and salsa...and stir onto salad. Top with crushed chips, the rest of cheese and the remaining olives.
