07/30/08 - French Bean and Bacon Salad

Ooh-La-La French Bean and Bacon Salad

3 sclices of Bacon
2 cups frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup ranch dressing

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp.  Drain.  Crumble bacon and set aside.
Combine green beans and next 3 ingredients, stirring well.  Add dressing, stirring to coat.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Cover and chill.

Yield: 4 servings
