Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 (103/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 ounce) can hot and spicy diced tomatoes and green chilies(such as Rotel)
3 cups water
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
4 flour tortillas, cut into thin strips
Combine soup, tomatoes and chilies, water, and chicken in a large saucepan, stiring well. Bring to a boil.
Add tortilla strips; cook over medium-heat; heat until mixture returns to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
