Dothan Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect

DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -- Dothan Police received a Crimestoppers tip in regards to the city's second bank robbery of the year. The information lead Dothan Investigators to Blakely, Georgia where they located a person of interest who was later identified as 47-year-old Randy Peterson.

Dothan Investigators conducted a seach warrant at a Blakely Motel where evidence from the bank robbery was recovered. Randy Peterson was arrested for First Degree Robbery and booked in the Early County Jail awaiting extradition back to Alabama.

Dothan Police were assisted by the Early County Sheriff's Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

    Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg says that while he finds Holocaust denial "deeply offensive," he doesn't believe that such content should be banned from Facebook.
