The Alabama Emergency Management Agency and Elmore County Emergency Management Agency are confirming one fatality related to what was Tropical Storm Fay. A 33-year old male drowned yesterday on Lake Martin, near Dopson's Point. According to family members the victim was in the water when rough wind and water took him under and he did not re-surface. Elmore County officials received the initial call regarding the accident about 4:42 PM.The victim's body was recovered this morning just before 10 AM. The victim was a resident of Mobile county and was visiting family.
