  3 CUPS OF COOKED PENNE PASTA
½ CUP BUTTER
2 TBS OF MINCED GARLIC
8 OZ OF CREAM CHEESE, CUBED
1 CUP OF ENGLISH PEAS, DRAINED
1 CUP OF CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER
1 CUP MILK OR CREAM
6 SLICES OF BACON, COOKED, DRAINED AND CRUMBLED
1 CUP OF FRESH SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE

COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.

MELT BUTTER IN LARGE SKILLET AND ADD GARLIC. SAUTED UNTIL TENDER. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM LOW. ADD CREAM CHEESE, PEAS, BELL PEPPER AND MILK. COOK UNTIL CREAM CHEESE MELTS...STIRRING FREQUENTLY.

ADD PASTA TO CREAM CHEESE MIXUTRE, STIRRING WELL. SPRINKLE WITH BACON AND PARMESAN CHEESE. TOSS AND DEVOUR!
