Bus driver arrested in fatal Fort Rucker crash

Authorities arrested 74 year old Howard Glen Miller Friday night in connection with a fatal bus crash near Fort Rucker, in Coffee County, earlier this year.

Coffee County District Attorney Gary McAlily tells WSFA 12 News Miller is being charged with felony homicide by vehicle and 22 counts of assault.

The bus he was driving crashed back in March, killing one Marine and injuring 22 others.

Miller is currently in the Coffee County Jail held on $92,500 bond.
